The Cookie Plug - Upland

Not a fan! With that price I was expecting those cookies to rock my world and they definitely DID NOT!!!! I was really bummed out. Basic cookies that I can get anywhere else truthfully.

Place is closed down, doors locked, lights off, no register or cookies. All the signs show this spot is closed down

Friendly service each and ever time. They are super patient and have free bite sized samples to help you to decide on your purchase. Very happy I have live so close to a great location. The only thing that could make it better , is if the cookies were actually medicated.

So, they 've already taken down one review of mine. So let 's try again, shall we. I 'll start by saying I was such a fan of this establishment. Their cookies are alright- though a bit doughy. My fav was their reg Chocolate Chip! Their in-store folks are so kind amazing as well! Where I have an issue is when I tried to DM them about what flavors they had for the week. That is why I 'm writing a 1-star review. I 'm a millennial, I work in television/marketing. I know how brands are, so I figured they were fun joke around too. You 've seen Wendy 's, Dominio 's, such on Twitter having fun with their audience. Cookie Plug 's marketing insta is geared toward a younger audience. You can see my confusion when the business owner was rude to me. I started with an inquiry that they deemed too divisive responded so rudely via DM. I had put this review up with a photo of their DM response, but again, they had it taken down/flagged. So here I am again. Their customer service called me lame, told me to go cry about it. Their customer service, which I assume is their main owner running the page, is abysmal. I will be taking my lame business elsewhere. And if you don 't like businesses who are rude to you in their DMs, please go elsewhere. I 've put more on my twitter page with a picture of their response (if you search up cookie plug on there, you 'll see a tweet with similar vibes to this post). Super unprofessional, and 1-star cookies gets a 1-star review. Like, how insane a business owner verbally berating a customer lol I just wanted to know their flavors have a jokey joke. So I hope this business steps in Legos, and always get the warm side of a pillow- because this is whack.

Had left some very amazing service and with quality cookies. will definitely recommend this place and come back for more! they have a lot of options and do not disappoint. the pricing is also very useful for the size of cookies.
