Waited for 15 minutes to be greeted and then waited an hour for expensive French fries. Don't worry if you're not white, as you may receive better service.

The food seemed as though it was cooked on a dirty grill before being served as a topping, and it also tasted that way. I had to wait for 30 minutes when I was told it would only be 15. The atmosphere was friendly, but when considering the quality of the food, the long wait time, and the price, this place falls short.

Yesterday, my family and I went to Chico for a meal. I ordered the Beyond Burger and it was fantastic! The service was also excellent. I tried to write a review, but it disappeared, so I wanted to leave another one because I enjoyed my experience so much.

The food was good but it took 45 minutes to get the food and the cook was drinking and couldn’t make more than one or two orders at a time. If you’re in a hurry I don’t recommend this place.
