Mcdonald's - University City

The service was below average when you want something extra on your order they just throw it together and it looks like a mess

Instead of taking orders these mfs walking around the parking lot talking..stood in drive thru too long we just left

I have been here many times. I recently did two DoorDashes. The first time my hashbrown was missing and the 2nd time my sausage EGG McMuffin had NO EGG. How do you forget the egg on a breakfast sandwich. Anytime I’ve been in person they have to ask me my order at the window. You can hear the workers fighting often. There is a very nice women at the payment window. She is amazing!

Waited 30 minutes for a door dash pickup and nobody came to the counter. Very slow workers and they dont seems to care about their job.

I placed my order and watched 10 people get their food before me I had two happy meals that it why everyone else was more important idk
