Wetzel's Pretzels - Universal

The food was ok, they refused to make new catches and just stood there talking and let the customers wait, and we try to approach them, and they just act like the didn't see anything or hear anything, and multiple customers started trying to talk to them but they just rolled their eyes and ignored what everyone said and continued talkingand gossiping with each other.

I think I'm not the only one who's had this experience but the customer service here is awful. The cashier had such a bad attitude I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything but drinks. She made it plainly obvious she hates her job. Not worth coming here

Prices were exceptionally high at this location. Food is really just basic pretzels.

The food is good as usually but the service was sucks. The big guy with glasses was very rude and had attitude. He should know how to approach customer . The prices was cheap with his attitude

Good spot but the worker charged me 1.99 for cheese and didn’t even get it also I didn’t receive my free pretzel by downloading he app. The worker was also very lazy and gave no ice.
