Panda Express - Universal

Zero stars, this place is a joke. It looked and tasted as if the Steamed veggies and both sides were left overs from yesterday. Nasty.

I went in to Panda Express yesterday and was appalled by what I saw. I waited to use the bathroom and there was a homeless man inside doing God knows what but when he came outside it smelled extra bad like BO. I saw several homeless people go up and ask for a small cup for water but of course they used it too keep refilling it was soda. One of the homeless men kept cleaning the soda machine with napkins that he kept pulling out of the dispenser. The staff was rude. Today I went in here again. This time they made me order before I could use the bathroom. But when I went to the bathroom there were no paper towels. The woman who works there and dishes out the food never smiles. She has a permanent scowl on her face. No please no thank you no have a good day nothing! One of the entee iI ordered was beef and broccoli yesterday and there was literally one crumb of beef and huge stocks of broccoli. Today I ordered it again and again 15 massive stocks of broccoli and one tiny crumb of meat. Also the rice was cold and they skimped on it today .also Soda machine was broken. So I left with an empty cup thirsty.. bus time service here I asked for hot mustard and chopsticks and both times they forgot them. I gave this place two tries but I won 't go again.

Straight garbage. No taste, greasy, pure ****. This location used to be ok but lately it's trash. I'll never go back and probably never go to Panda again, period.

I went to the restroom and immediately my eyes began to burn, they were watering, they were horribly red. I came out and asked for a manager. She came out and when I told her what happened she laughed, and said, maybe it 's because we are chopping onions in the back, and we have poor ventilation .HELLO!!!!!!! As much money as this business makes, they can 't get accurate ventilation?! My vision was impaired for a while, it was blurry and my eyes burnt bad, and all the manager can do is laugh and act as if that is a daily occurrence!!!!!DO BETTER!

Ordered from this location about 2weeks ago, near closing time. Big mistake ordered 2 2item plates orange chickens and kung Pao chicken. The orange chicken was mostly hard and uneatable, lesson is don't order near closing time.was delivered but Uber eats.So disappointing waste of money
