Johnny Rockets - Universal City

I ordered a basic sausage and egg breakfast, but waited over twenty minutes despite the restaurant being quiet with only six tables and three servers. When I finally approached the manager to ask for the check for my coffee, my food suddenly appeared. The delay seemed to be caused by the servers goofing off instead of attending to customers. There are plenty of other dining choices available, so I suggest looking elsewhere. Trust me, go somewhere else!

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was fantastic as we were seated promptly and our food arrived quickly. Our server continuously checked on us to ensure we were taken care of. Additionally, we had the opportunity to have our picture taken to remember our visit. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The burger and bun were both dry and overcooked, which was disappointing and sad, especially considering the prices. However, the fries were tasty.

If I could give zero stars, I would! to start this off, I am in the service industry so I can fully empathize with what servers have to go through on the daily. this doesn 't, however, excuse the experience I had at this restaurant. firstly, our server never brought us water, which okay, I get being too busy to remember but it was honestly ridiculous at a certain point. secondly (this is not the restaurants fault really it was incredibly loud, like deafeningly loud to the point where I just got up and paid and left before I even finished my food... which took 25 minutes because my server, whom I kept making eye contact with and waving at, kept getting distracted and not coming to my table to give me the bill. another issue was the in-house photographer that they have. she seemed nice but I had to tell her no very firmly 5 times(!! that I didn 't want to pay for a picture of myself at a rinky dinky burger joint that I 've been to probably thousands of times in my life. it was honestly very predatory behavior, and she even tried haggling with me over a literal picture of me and my partner sitting in a booth looking confused because we didn 't expect eating at a diner to be a whole photo op ordeal. I 'm sorry to say this but the service was awful. our server barely spoke to us or asked us if we needed anything and it was a chore to get her to our table if we *did* need anything. we must have been in there for an hour, all told. I asked her for a minute more to decide what I wanted to eat and she didn 't return for another 15 minutes. not to mention that the fries were flavorless and bland, as was the burger, also my boyfriends Hershey shake tasted like absolute garbage. you 're better off looking for a dennys or a McDonald 's somewhere off the freeway than going here. it 's better value, quicker service, and crazily enough it 's probably more flavorful.

If i could i would have left no stars. Got there and was super excited to see they had a vegan burger and shake. Well didn't know i was only getting the burger with no fries. The shake said it came with coconut whipped cream. It was disgusting. They basically threw oatmilk and strawberry syrup into a blender. The chicken tender my daughter had were super over cooked. Never came with the dipping sauce as told when you look at the menu.And the onion rings were cold. The server never gave a name. Just took our order, dropped off the food n check. Super disgusting
