Managerul și o gazdă erau prezenți când am intrat și nu m-au întâmpinat. De fapt, cred că s-au uitat la mine, după câteva momente incomode, am explicat că am făcut o rezervare pentru 10 prin opentable, habar nu aveau despre ce vorbeam. După ce au verificat rezervările, mi-au găsit petrecerea și au găsit loc pentru noi. Așteptam lângă ușă și când m-am dus să stau pe canapele, erau două grămezi mari de scuipat pe podea... The restaurant was surprisingly quiet on New Year's Eve and we were able to walk in without a reservation. Nevertheless, our reservation was honored without any issues.
It was Christmas day and packed so my expectations were not really high. The service was EXCELLENT.. the food was subpar.
I always have a bad experience at this restaurant. We requested separate checks when we first arrived, but at the end we were given one check for both couples. When we asked for it to be split, it was done incorrectly. We had a BOGO coupon for one of the meals, but the discount was mostly applied to the other couple's meal. We felt embarrassed having to correct the mistake, so we decided not to. I am no longer hopeful that the service will improve in the future. Furthermore, the steak I ordered was the smallest I have ever had, it looked like it should be on a kebab with other pieces.
Had a great time will recommend to anyone to visit. Food was amazing
It was great for us. Good food selection and delicious. Total good experience.
