Papa Johns Pizza - Union City

I was really disappointed with my order (#968682955). It arrived late and was cold. I tried calling from the app, but the number didn’t work. When I called the store directly, I was directed to customer support, and they couldn’t connect me to the store either. They assured me that a manager would call me, but I’m still waiting. I won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again. The delivery is too expensive to receive a cold pizza that arrives late.

I am an Uber eats delivery worker. When I went to this Papa John 's to pick up my order I was asked by a Papa John 's employee behind the counter, where is his tip for handing me the order. Well sir here is a tip I have for you. Maybe try handing me thecorrect order instead of asking me a delivery worker for a tip!!! I mean what 's going on Papa John 's? Are you not payingenough money to your employees?!? The nerve smh

I've had consistent issues with this Papa John's, whether I'm ordering by phone or through Uber Eats. They mess up almost every order I place, which is quite frustrating. If they do make a mistake, they seem to want to give me someone else's incorrect order! I ordered a regular cheese pizza, but they sent me a thin crust one. I can't eat thin crust because I have braces, and this is the second time this has happened. It's really disappointing!

Very unprofessional . All the sudden they don't deliver to Union City after more than 20 past deliveries to my house hold. Jersey City burns the food and is not of my preference . Union City has always been my go to but now theyre on some stupidnessand don't deliver to my area . Never again will i order from them they've lost a good customer who pays more than 60 dollarseach delivery plus tips so sad for them

There is always a problem with this papa john is either ordered by phone or eats. but they miss almost every one I get from them, and it's kind of annoying, and if they're freaking out, they're trying to give them someone else a mess? ordered a regular chesse pizza and I get thin crust I can not eat thin crust due to clips and that is the second time that they have done this like wth.
