We were the only customers inside and had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the register to get our order. An employee saw us standing at the counter and did nothing! We could hear the gaggle of employees standing just around the corner but no one did anything. The very poor service was extremely disappointing considering how good their food can be. Great place to eat and great staff. Today a fundraiser was there for a local charity, how cool is that?! Definitely will go back there.

The customer service experience was very deficient and subpar for Panera Bread. The meal was thrown together and the taste was best moderate. A very disappointing $55 meal.
