Contribuiți la feedbackMy mother had a stroke today and I took my son to sonic to get dinner and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a drink I was unaware had soda in it, when I asked the girl at the window if there was soda in my drink because I’m diabetic and don’t drink soda, she immediately got rude said a refund would take too long and there was only two people working and refused to fix drink or give a refund then when the other employee came to the window she also very rude and unwilling to address the situation at all I asked for their names so I could speak with a manager and was told no and the window slammed shut. I will never go back to this sonic again.
When you think of Sonic, you think of pull up speaker box service. That doesn't happen here, only the drive thru is open. No signage telling you that so you pull up to a spot and sit for 10ins for someone to come over the speaker box and state drive thru only. Then you scramble with other cars to enter the drive thru.
Update: a year later and still nothing got better. NONE of the pull up menus are working. Waited over 20 mins then went into the drive thru just to wait anorher 20 mins and still the line wasn’t moving. Place looks like a run down building. Doesn’t even look pleasant. Obviously management sucks.If I could leave a no star review I would ?? None of the screens were working , no one was at the speaker to take our order we sat there for a good 10-20 mins then drove back around and still nothing. But there was people there eating. We even beeped the horn. Horrible horrible customer service
This is always a stop for us at almost every summer trip to Nags Head. The buttons on the service boards probably don’t work anymore but the food is still good and the service is always very nice. Just one suggestion: REPLACE THE SERVICE BUTTONS
I give it 1 star because i can't give zero. Do not waste your time eating here, you will not be served.
