Lucky 12 Tavern - Nags Head

Decor is very cool. There are old gas station signs, retro tables, an old gas pump, beer signs, Harley Davidson signs and other cool items. Very large bar menu and large bar area. Appetizers were good. Pizza is good. Sandwiches and entrees are mediocre.Large TVs and limited seating. Service was good.

Small parking and seating area, but it moves quick. Fresh seafood and tender chicken. The pizza and fries may not be for everyone. Try the homemade pies!

Solid food. Went during non peak hours. The fried food was good clearly they cleaned their fryer!

Great late night experience. Great service, delicious fish and chips, and quickly sat at a table. Fish was light, fresh, cooked perfect and I loved the fresh fries. Could use a little seasoning or salt overall, but very, very good. Would definitely comeback.

Stopped for lunch and found a new favorite place. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak, which was phenomenal. Quickly seated a party of 4, waitress was great and friendly. Bar drinks came quick and done well. The only criticism I have and shared with thewaitress was the homemade coleslaw was bland, it tasted like just shredded cabbage. And the homage fries were a bit soggy andtasted like the oil was due to be changed. But we ordered every dessert and shared and the coconut pie and strawberry crunchcheesecake were delicious. I want to try the pizza next time.
