Hope Anchor - Ulverston

It was such a beautiful surprise to find a veggie pub at our day outside in the south lakes. the staff is beautiful and the eating was great.

Hands down one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had (and we had vegan pizza at our wedding that's how commited to vegan pizza we are) so friendly we wish we were staying longer in Ulverston to eat there more!!

This is a traditional pub with great character super friendly staff and a fantastic vegetarian and vegan menu. We had the mountain burger and pizza and both were delicious. Good quality ingredients and big portions. Absolutely great value for money. I highly recommend and we will certainly visit again.

Fully veggie with loads of vegan options (most meals can be veganised). The ‘fish less’ and chips with battered tofu is amazing. We’ve also tried the hot dog, burgers and pizzas would recommend them all for when you just want some proper pub grub. The pub has a large beer garden and is dog friendly perfect!
