U Bean Grounded Cafe - Ultimo

A few years ago, the owners of the cafe were very friendly and their customer service was great, but as the cafe changed, I don't go there anymore. You do not have many choices on the menu, the coffee is very average and the...workers are not friendly or smile. There are a lot of cafes around Ultimo and I would rather go somewhere different than in an unfriendly cafe with limited items on the menu.

We parked in the area and came here for breakfast. I already had her Pablo Rusty coffee and wanted to get a good coffee to start the day. Also ordered her chicken cake and it was delicious. If I had more time, I would order her sandwich the next time! Every time I was here, it wasn't too busy. The prices are reasonable, there is an inside seat around the corner otherwise it is nice sitting in the outside area.

This restaurant serves the best coffee in the area. The food is also very tasty, especially the sandwiches.

During our two-week stay at a nearby hotel, we frequented this restaurant daily. The coffee and pastries were consistently delicious, but our favorite was the egg and bacon roll. It's a perfect spot for a quick bite, with friendly staff. Highly recommended.

During our stay at a hotel across the street, we decided to have breakfast at this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised to find that their "sandwiches" were actually large rolls filled with delicious sauces and fillings. The next day, we came back for some afternoon coffee and cakes. The prices were more reasonable than we anticipated for Sydney. The staff was friendly and efficient, making it a great value overall.
