Tasty set menu and amazing (really impressive) wine pairing option (mostly natural wines). We had dinner in the lovely garden highly recommendable.
This place is a delight. The food felt luxurious yet light and healthy. The mushroom dish was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! Unlike a lot of upscale restaurants, the atmosphere was warm, natural and inviting.

I was generally a fan of this establishment for the quality of its dishes and service, and I was very disappointed by my recent experience. dinner with my partner last Saturday night, the team (which I haven't recognized members since my previous visit) was visibly outdated, probably because understaffing. The pleasure of being at the table was immediately felt: the service of the dishes made by a visibly uncomfortable person, who could not reach half of a smile, the late arrival of the sommelier at the main dish (15 minutes later, the time to cool down) and one of the main dishes, a fading henhouse “brisa” a version in burger, which was served almost raw. after having pointed out to the staff the answer, delivered this time with a smile, was to say that this very light kitchen is a party taken by the leader. Maybe, but between a rosy chicken and a raw, raw, phenomenal chicken, there's a difference. I was offered to take back what I had depicted on my plate, but I was politely refusing. I had only one desire to leave. for a restaurant of this quality and at this rate, it is very bad. Failure can happen, and I had already experienced some of the miners in this facility, but we need to know how to properly respond to the client and not try to justify the unjustifiable. the staff was obviously stressed. This may arise from a problem at the management level that I hope will be resolved soon. but at 170€ for two, I don't really want to give a chance to what has been, for several years, my favorite restaurant. I leave 3 stars to be pleasant, because despite its stress, the staff obviously made its best and the other dishes (fish, mushrooms and dessert) were up to the height.
