Fosters Freeze - Twentynine Palms

First time visiting. Went around 2pm on a Monday afternoon for some ice cream. The customer service was good. We had the ice cream twister with cookie dough and twinkles. The ice cream did not taste fresh at all. They had food their as well but we only got their ice cream. I will not return but I’ll recommend for first timers to make their own decision.

I just came back from the restaurant. It was a charming ice cream shop. The staff was friendly. We ordered a vanilla sundae with chocolate fudge and sprinkles, a vanilla sundae with caramel and hot fudge, and a chocolate shake. We didn't order any meals since we came for dessert. My children thought the logo was the cutest they had ever seen. We almost got lost on the way there because it was so dark and there were no street lights.

The burger, fries, root beer float, and PB and J twister were all fantastic. This restaurant has been around for decades, and there are probably not many places like it left.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab a refreshing drink. I tried the Berry Banana Smoothie and it was absolutely delicious.

I grew up going to Fosters Freeze in my hometown and when I moved to Twentynine Palms and saw that there was one there, I was sooo pleased to see they had a Fosters Freeze too. They have food and ice cream. There are sooo many different choices to choose from which can be overwhelming your first time there. I do recommend the Twisters. Which come in many different flavors. The customer service here is alright could always use a little improvement on the friendliness. But overall I definitely recommend going there. Sometimes there are lots of customers here and sometimes there isn't. I do have to warn you that on the evening of July 4th it does get busy and when I say busy I mean BUSY. You can order inside or you can order at the window facing the parking lot. There is seating inside and outside.
