Eau Claire Distillery

The Eau Claire Distillery was such an incredible place to have our wedding!Jen and Mallory went above and beyond to make our wedding go off without a hitch.Jen managed the entire event: set up, schedule, flow, bartending, electronics and take down.I cannot recommend the staff enough, everyone was professional and friendly.We were lucky to have London create personalized cocktails for our wedding. He made it very difficult to choose a cocktail, as all of them were delicious.The venue is incredibly unique and offers so many different elements. From the private speakeasy, to the beautiful covered patio, the distillery and the whisky room. These all made for amazing photo opportunities.I cannot recommend this venue enough. I’m still dreaming of our magical wedding here!

We stopped by recently for their Winter Market, and on the way out we got a bite to eat. Just a snack, but it was taking quite a while for the food to arrive. They checked on the order without us asking, and came back shortly after... with the wrong order. We waited again, and while we were waiting they went above and beyond to compensate us for the long wait. Again unprompted by us. We were already fans of Eau Claire, but with this sort of customer service we will definitely be making a point of visiting more often.

This is an amazing find in Turner Valley. Today we found the Speakeasy Bar and what a delightful surprise. An extensive selection of drinks and great food. The distillery itself has a wide selection of gin whiskey vodka etcNow we have found this gem we will definitely be back and absolutely worth the drive and fortunately we live 15 minutes away

We recently reserved Rupert's Eau Claire Distillery for an evening out with 30 people. They were so accommodating. The drinks, food, service and atmosphere were amazing. Thank you so much for hosting a wonderful evening out!! I'd highly recommend reaching out to them for your next event.

Great Venue in Turner/Diamond Valley Alberta. Great products and food. Specialty Gin, Vodka Whiskey. The Speakeasy is awesome with great live local music. All good here.DMack.
