The Madden Crab - Tupelo

I ordered snow crab and king crab at this restaurant, but when they brought it to the table, the king crab shell was rubbery and the meat was extremely salty. I informed the waitress about the issue, but she did not address it. The owner later came to the table and insisted that we pay for the whole meal, including the uneaten king crab. I refused to pay for the king crab and an argument ensued, leading to the owner calling the police. Despite my attempts to pay for what I owed, the owner refused and physically assaulted my wife when she tried to record the incident. We tried to leave, but the owner blocked us at the door. The police were called and charges were filed. It was a disappointing and shocking experience, especially considering I had recently undergone triple bypass surgery. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and this restaurant should not be allowed to operate in Tupelo.

The food and service were fantastic. I will definitely return.

A wonderful little bag boil seafood place for first timers and bag boil aficionados alike. The Cajun garlic butter is a phenomenal sauce and if you like it spicy they accommodate. And they have very fair prices. Will definitely be
