Jo's Cafe - Tupelo

My husband was in the mood for a good steak and was recommended Jo’s Cafe. He ordered the 16-ounce ribeye cooked medium well, and it was incredibly tender—he didn’t even need to add any steak sauce! And those battered home fries were fantastic as well!

Jo's Cafe has quickly become our favorite dining spot! Every time we visit Tupelo, we make it a point to stop by, and it’s something we always look forward to. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel like you're having dinner at a friend's house. The food is absolutely amazing! Everything from the burgers and salads to the keto options, shrimp and grits, fries, steaks, potato bombs, ranch dressing, and the cheesecake is perfectly seasoned, cooked, and served. I've recommended this fantastic restaurant to all my friends. You have to give it a try; you won't be disappointed!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the burger while my husband ordered the Hens Nest. My burger was just okay; it had decent flavor, but nothing remarkable. The Hens Nest was quite good, although the portion size seemed small for the price. Unfortunately, the sweet tea didn't have any sugar, so I had to use Sweet 'n Low instead. The service was good, but overall, I probably won't return here.

The steak is amazing, I've never had a steak that was well-done and still be able to taste the aged flavor. The Philly cheese steak and gumbo are also great. Don't forget the fat boy fries.

I've been here a few times and have always been wowed by the food. It is criminally underrated.
