Holiday Inn Suites Tupelo North, An Ihg

Great experience this evening and Anashai (I think that was her name) was wonderful this evening 9/11/23 around 8pm. She was super sweet and accommodating to my son who has Autism and put us on a quieter part of the hotel. Thanks to the wonder service. It matters.Rooms: 5/5

First off let me say what a beautiful hotel and a friendly staff.. Great breakfast! Rooms are wonderful and comfortable beds..Cons:There was a music festival in town and they did not hire security.. all the after parties going on until 5 am… from rooms to the pool. Several people complained and it kept going…. The desk person should have called the manager and they should have been kicked out….. no one got sleep until 5 am…. Security should be on site for things like this… sign the diamond member without sleep….

What s great location! Very clean, bed was awesome. Breakfast was great. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely will stay here again next time we are through the area.Rooms: 5/5

I attempted to phone the front desk of this hotel directly and instead got the main reservation person at IHG. They said I was UNABLE to speak with anyone at the hotel and NO ONE answered the phone after 6pm. I had a question about parking prior to making a reservation. Considering the lack of service BEFORE I even made a reservation, I will not be using IHG.

Three stars is adequate.Stayed here for a week here some notes. Some pros some cons. Mostly here for the points and necessity.-Pro:Clean room with good sheets. All the needed amenities for a short stay. House cleaning came everyday. Beautiful lobby with bar. Good gym and pool hot tub.Has a dinner service.(didn’t have a good experience)-Cons:No continental breakfast for a quick grab and go. Some dents and bruises in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder holding on by a screw and not in an artsy way.Dinner, skip it and go out. If you choose to, don’t do the shrimp Alfredo. Noodles and sauce was so bland and oily needed salt. Shrimp had ALL the salt. As if the cook knew me and really wanted to get back at me for some reason.
