I have not been to Rubio's for over a year, and I decided to give this place a try.
Rubio's has successfully marketed to me that their menu is something a step or two above fast food.
I fell in food-love when I first ate a Rubio's and straight up, it was the homemade salsa bar that captured my tastebuds hearts (is that a thing?!) I LOVE
