KFC - Tulsa

Service was absolutely horrible, lady yelled woohoo, YOUR FOOD, YOUR FOOD . Place was disgusting, floor looked like it hadn 't been swept or mopped in weeks, literally. Tables dirty, seats dirty and I don 't need to mention bathrooms. There was about 6 or7 staff members there, not a sole in the lobby and still looked the way it did. Never will go back again.

Ordered a 3piece big box and a side of fries. Pulled out to check my order and they did not put the 2 sides in the box. Only 3 pieces of chicken and these are the tiniest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. The French fries were cold and a large was halffull. The doors to the dining area were locked even though it said they were open. NEVER coming back here again!!!

Why through drive through at 8pm they were out of bone in chicken. I ordered tenders and 3 sides was told it would be 5 mins but 20 mins later they brought my food out and the entire bag was covered in gravy. They took out back in. It took 10 mins for themto fix it. Edit: after a few days of getting home and cooling off and seeing the reply from owner or management what are youdoing to fix this. Because I didn?t even review the fact that all my food was cold and the chicken that i was told i was waitingin to be fresh, was drier than the Sahara desert. The fact that I spent 40 of my hard earned dollars here still makes me angry.

I was ordering 2 main menu items and wanted a drink w/ it. The girl at drive thru helped me make one a combo and ended up saving me money! I appreciated it and it made me want to come back. This was Tuesday sometime between 3:30-4:00.

As far as I know this is my first visit here and have decided to never return. I have not even tried my food yet. Cashier was nasty. 7/25/16 6:58 pm. I feel cheated. She asked me if I wanted a fill up but I didn't and i should have. But she turned itaround because I asked for large lemonade, but gave me medium. So I got both. Update: July 13th, 2022 Cashier was friendly. Thelobby and doorway are filthy. The floor looks it missed a week or two visit of the mop and there is trash everywhere.. One ofthe workers used profanity. A customer has been waiting a long time to be helped and they are just ignoring him. One of.theworkers burned her finger and laughed about it. Hopefully that means she's ok. The customer has left now. The kitchen is alsofilthy. Trash everywhere. However the food is really good. Hot and everything.
