The street tacos here are fantastic! I really enjoyed the grilled onions that came with the plate. I also appreciated that the prices include tax, so four tacos at $2.50 each totals just $10. The dining area is well-lit, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. You can tell it's a good taco truck when there's a crowd and you're the only one who isn't fluent in Spanish. Food: 5/5.

These are Al Pastor tacos, and they are absolutely delicious! They have just the right amount of heat—the spice level is well-balanced, and adding lime enhances the flavor of the pork even more. I highly recommend trying this dish; it’s a flavor experience you won’t want to miss. Plus, you can get three tacos and a can of soda for less than $10.00, which is an incredible deal here in Seattle! For that alone, El Taco Maestro deserves a full 5 stars.
