Tuddenham Mill

Disappointing! I discovered this restaurant one evening while browsing through the Michelin Guide website. I was excited to try a highly recommended restaurant close to home. The first impression was positive, with a beautiful building and setting, and friendly staff. We were seated upstairs in a charming dining room, enjoying a red wine. However, the food fell short of our expectations. The flatbreads were topped with flavorful smoked nduja and garlic butter, but the bread itself was stale and chewy. The bone marrow was lacking in flavor and the salmon was bland. The main courses, including an overpriced sirloin steak and a small, dry partridge, were disappointing. The side dishes, like the leaks, lacked flavor and were poorly prepared. Overall, the meal was a letdown and we left feeling unsatisfied. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food experience at this restaurant was exceptional. They offer a taster menu as well as other options. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are very pleasant, providing excellent service. I will definitely book again. The outdoor setting is also beautiful. Overall, the service and location both rate a 5 out of 5. The hotel highlights include luxury, a great view, and a quiet atmosphere.

We had a wonderful weekend at Tuddenham Mill. The atmosphere was relaxed and all the staff were excellent. Our room was lovely, the food was delicious, and we would highly recommend this place. Everything from the rooms to the service and location was top-notch. Highlights of the hotel include luxury accommodations, a great view, romantic ambiance, and a quiet setting.
