El Herradero - Tucumcari

I enjoyed my meal thoroughly! I had a beef taco and a beef enchilada with green sauce, and the portions were just right. Norma prepares delicious roasted beans and rice. The staff is very friendly, and I definitely plan to return!

This was the best Mexican food we experienced during our entire trip through New Mexico. If you find yourself in the area, it’s a fantastic spot to stop for lunch or dinner.

This cozy little restaurant is a hidden gem you definitely should not miss. We had breakfast, choosing the Spanish omelet and a smashed burrito. Both dishes were generous in portion size, packed with flavor, and absolutely delicious! The older woman who served us was very warm and friendly. Make sure to stop by!

This little one from the beaten path is fantastic. Great authentic Southwestern Mexican cuisine cooked by the owner himself. One of the best we had. Tucumcari city centre near the very beautiful and informative railway museums. Take your time to visit both. Thanks for the great lunch.

Met Norma, she was so nice and a wonderful cook! We bought 30oz container of her salsa! Yum. I had the breakfast burrito, I'll be having it for lunch and dinner. Hubby had the taco plate and he ate every single crumb! Delicioso!
