Zona 78 - Tucson

The pizza was just okay, and the service was average. A year later, the service improved and was very friendly, but unfortunately, the pizza hasn't gotten any better; it's still just mediocre at best. I even asked my partner to remind me never to order pizza from here again. It's cooked through, but has a slightly raw, soft texture and lacks flavor. Additionally, the rosé and white wines were served warm, and even the water was colder than those! I cannot recommend this place.

When the manager came over, she was completely unwilling to consider my request. I inquired if they had a recipe book for mixing drinks, to which she replied that she knew how to make one, but it would take at least a day to prepare. Frustrated, I decided to just give up on the idea, stating that I could live without it. Surprisingly, the manager then accused me of being disagreeable, which caught me off guard since I was only trying to find a solution. This wasn’t the best way to handle the situation! On a positive note, the food was great, but the lack of effort to meet a simple request left much to be desired. - Mike

This is the third time I've received a $16 salad with an avocado that's upside down. I try to be understanding, but each time, the rotten part was hidden until I started eating. I even emailed the restaurant twice with photos, but I haven't received any response. You can judge for yourself whether you're willing to spend $16 on this.

I have half a mind to give this place a 2 but am rounding up per my husband. It’s okay at best. The prices are atrocious. We spent $130 for 3 adults and 1 toddler for dinner. It ain’t that good!

Had a great dinner at Zona 78 after being told about it by a friend. Wine selection was good and the food was amazing, esp the trout with the potatoes. Service was top-notch as well; our waitress, Hayley, was super attentive and friendly. Would highlyrecommend! Looking forward to the next visit.
