Wendy's - Tucson

The restaurant is closed to all customers. The website did not accurately reflect the hours of operation. An hour after the restaurant was supposed to open, no one was present at the window to take orders. I waited for 6 minutes before leaving. I called the store manager, who was dismissive and gave a rude response. I suggest opening for dine-in service to improve communication between staff and customers.

What can I say about Wendy's that majority of the free world already don't know exists. The food is good the staff was very pleasant and the bathrooms are stocked and clean.

I only ordered a frosty and when I arrived to the window to pay, they said they added the person behind me on to my bill. They refunded me back cash but it still was inconvenient. These people don’t know how to handle transactions

What the hell happened to the burger? Patty was sliced in half and they tried to hide it. Bit into burger and the whole thing fell apart. Drive thru guy was rude. Either they don’t get the order right or something is always wrong. Uggggghhhh

I had experienced issues with the service and food at this restaurant in the past. However, this time everything was perfect. Our waitress, Patty, was fantastic, the presentation and taste of the food were excellent, and the service was also great. Everything was perfect for my mother's pre-celebration of her 89th birthday. Thank you!
