Fleming's Steakhouse Tucson

The food was delicious. We had steaks with toppers. Very good presentation and taste. Great experience

Unfortunately on our first trip ever to a Flemings we did not have a 4.7 google rating experience. Lupe's service was not on par for a steakhouse price point. He seemed overwhelmed for a busy back to school Tomahawk Tuesday. I asked for my Wedge to have ranch instead of blue cheese dressing but to keep crumbles. It came without Crumbles. When I told food runner it was missing crumbles, it may have taken him 7 minutes to go throw on crumbles and bring it back. Great sized wedge but it way overdressed. I asked for a glass of Chianti to be brought with my steak. Lupe seemed to have forgotten and brought it as maybe 20% of my steak was left. Should have brought it after salad plates were cleared. I sent it back. The Tomahawk Tuesday deal is a good value eventhough you probably yield 16-18 ounce of meat after bone and puré fat. Was hot and well seasoned but not salty. The 2 sides were huge portions for a deal. Asparagus cooked perfectly but the brussels had way too much bacon Vinaigrette/oil sitting in bowl bottom. Our Tomahawk that was supposed to be medium well came medium which i can live with. My wife's Ribeye was supposed to be medium well but was white all the way through. Both desserts were great. Its an elite Cheesecake. Female server assistant was great (8/15). Lupe really didnt check on us. Wife's first wine sat empty. I still tipped him 20% cash but ive been in the industry for 25 years and always tip 35/40%. We just brought our son down to U of A and im sure we will give this location another chance. It seemed like just an off night or we ended up with a weak inexperienced server.

We love Flemings because we know we will be happy with our meal. Our server, Pablo, was terrific. Just the right mix of professionalism, friendly Ed’s and follow up.

Took advantage of filet and shellfish special. Everything was cooked perfectly. Wait staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Wonderful experience with friends.

Delicious as always, love the wedge salad, the Fleming s potatoes, and of course the petit filet. Flemings never disappoints. Looking forward to go back to tomahawk Tuesday and save room for dessert!
