Festa Buffet - Tucson

Food was whatever not that good, but at least the server checked on me, not worth the $30 I spent.

It's a shame. It's should almost be impossible to get in but there is no one. Seating is good and the place is clean. Food was just ok they just miss the mark all the way around. Pizza is decent cause it always being made. The need to pre cook to dough for 3 minutes then do the topping and it would be fire just to give the underside less flop. Chinese food was not good but the fried rice was actually pretty decent. This place should really try to make a statement for the area to really fill the seats. The place was basically empty for a Saturday. I feel there should be a baseline of people almost having to wait to keep the rotation of food to give it more of the freshness. I would get rid of the frozen desert and make fresh. The cheese cake I would put in the dumpster. Also the booths seats are good but something with the table legs make you want to change to a table. I would choose a table rather than a booth.

What happened to this place. I remember the buffet being amazing. Great food and beautiful desserts. Gone,gone, gone-poor selection. Just ok food. $52.00 for two people on a Monday at 1pm never again. Maybe that's why they only have 23 customers in the whole place. For about $15 per person I can think of better places to go. You guys can do be better than this.

Have been going here for years because it used to be awesome. Went for the all you can eat crab legs for my birthday...disappointed that they are so small now...they serve snow crab now instead of King. Also inquired about bringing back the amazing Ceviche they used to have pre-Covid and was met with sarcasm and we have it and then overheard the employees talking about me, what the heck?? Super disappointing at this price point.
