Applebee's Grill - Tucson

The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and nice. I will definitely be returning again. The endless boneless wings with fries and coleslaw were amazing! Thank you Applebee's for a great dining experience.

Once you become a regular at this restaurant, you realize that it is just average and slightly overpriced. The atmosphere is lively and it is one of the few establishments open late. The service is adequate, but it can be slow if you order a drink from your table instead of the bar. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

I did pick up, but when I arrived there, I called again and again, but had to go inside to find someone. they said their handys don't work. then I sat there for 30 minutes and my food was cold when I came home. also I had a gift card that did not ring for the right carry (less than the worth) and when I asked the server, she said there was nothing she could do because the manager was cooking because they were short handmade. I have more accused because the server has not gone to the manager to repair it. Actually, the server should be able to fix this problem. if I'm overloaded (also around a dollar) it's still not right.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this restaurant. I started with a French onion soup and a salad, both of which were delicious. The food was enjoyable and I left satisfied.

I've been coming to this place for many years. it was a past, especially because of kovid. they must have new employees everywhere. the manager first interaction with us was so rude and unprofessional that it caught me from the watch to be honest. they had over 10 of us at one table, and we have completely blocked all possible exits in the direction of the fire exits, which is very insecure against the law and of course very insecure. we have taken it on us as if we have been pushing Americans together for decades two tables and not harassing the waitress because they have enough on their tellers. it was quite empty in the night we didn't want to harass anyone, just trying to give a problem a hand. immediately said the so-called manager in a very strict vote that we do not move tables in this device. we then brought up the points that we were all at one table and prevented everyone from getting out of the building if there was a fire and thought that would be in order and the safer option as there was a rather empty house. We have received the same answer that we do not move tabularly at this facility so that we have asked again to find a reason for this setup rule that it does not move tabularly in which it could not come back with a valid answer. I think he's his ego overcomes his actual tasks and takes care of customers first. So we had to share our whole family on two different tables, which, as we all know, is not so pleasant, because they cannot speak with the half of the people in the party. we got no excuses and more than four commands or false and some of the worst food I ever had from this kitchen. if they have been here before they don’t remember the applebee’s, and I very suggest going somewhere else and supporting a company that takes care of customer service and is proud of its product.
