I just placed an order, and the cashier, Pookie, was quite rude and unreasonable. It's important to train your staff properly. She even went to the back and gossiped about me with other employees, who then looked at me and started laughing. It was really unpleasant. Why hire people who are unable to treat customers kindly and provide good service? If it weren't for customers, she wouldn’t have a job.

Pookie needs to be let go! She's a disgrace to this wonderful establishment. I've never encountered such terrible communication, disrespect, and customer service. I will NEVER return here. The staff converse in Punjabi about customers, laughing and giggling while staring back at them, showing no respect whatsoever. I can't understand why they don't take the time to hire and train staff to be polite and professional.

Wow just encountered Pookie be extremely rude to the lady in front of me. Such a horrible experience especially in front of her children and then to talk about it with the back end staff. The customer wasn't wrong and Pookie should immediately be let go of her behavior. Such a shame they hire people like her. Staff and service here are horrible

I ordered a takeout burrito, but when I opened it in the car, it was completely different from what I ordered. I wonder if it was because they were in a hurry to get off work soon.
