Spires - Truro

What a meal!!!! Fantastic!!! We had the three course option on Wednesday 20th March and it was superb. I had pigeon breast to start which was fabulous, followed by Hogget served two ways, one roasted and then pulled and interlaced with the boulangere potatoes, divine. Then rounded off with a fabulous egg custard tart served with roasted rhubarb and oranges in a sauce. All four of us were amazed and served by very, very efficient waiting staff who had smiles on their faces the whole time. Well done everyone.

Had a fabulous evening at Spires restaurant. Excellent food and brilliant service and price!

Went tonight with a group of 10 and we had a superb meal.The moules mariniere were as good as any have had in Franceand the carvery was fantastic. Somehow we managed dessert which was also brilliant.

With a group for Christmas dinner. eating was very good and the students in the service were the first years it was pretty good. 2 That annoyed me to be called love by a 17-year-old, and the parking space in the conceptual time is terrible, despite assigned rooms there is not enough.
