I knew that would be a problem. The gauchos came by infrequently. And when they did, the meats were burnt and dry and barely had any salt. We've been to this restaurant many times before, and this was by far the worst time. The good was that Irina was very attentive to our needs, and we applaud her.
Waitress was on point as far as bringing sides and drinks, however they offer prolly 7-8 different cuts of meat, but you’ll see the spicy sausage, sirloin and grilled cheese with honey 4-5 times before seeing any lamb, filet, or any steak worth your money. Only staff member there that cared was one of the meat carvers, rest of the staff including managers could care less if you got the cut you wanted had to ask 5-6 different people to bring out filet and lamb chops. I Don’t recommend this place to anyone!
It’s too expensive but I still love it . I have gluten allergy so that makes me go often about three times a month
The service is always great , never had a bad experience.
Ambiance was great. Our guests, it was their first time dining at Fogo de Chao and they waited for their ordered dinner, asking three different wait staff when her dinner would be served. The meat and the polenta was salty. Desert was great and while I had an offer for one free desert, I was charged for it. Nothing was bad. Simply offering what happened.
