Credo - Trondheim

En utrolig gjennomført meny som smakte hemelsk godt. ikke nok med det er det utrolig dyktige og jordnære folk som verter deg opp på all beste måte. en fantastisk fin opplevelse

That is an absolute touch. maten først og fremst men all som jobber i Credo..internasjonalt fra forskjellige folkeslag. flinke behage og service geist hele tiden

The expectations were high, even if gras eaten on credo before, back in the days. we were actually served by chef heidi bjerkan in ørjaveita, before her magic in the royal castle. to make a long menu short: we are glad that the magic came to an end. We felt like a miracle for about five hours, and the investment is close to the end of our regret list.

We had eaten many times in the old credo and were looking forward to the evening in one of the best restaurants in trondheims. the whole food is produced locally if possible. the evening starts in the upper floor where we should get a few snacks together with a...honeyed cider. two leaves were a pleasant surprise, the crispy dorschhaut less so. none of the courts agreed with the more likely that was only good. then we went down to the main part of dinner. first a fish dish was beautifully presented. then we had to go.
