Texas Roadhouse - Triadelphia

Visited a couple times here around dinner time. The beer was cold and my steak was cooked right. This location seems understaffed, however, the manager was frequently out in the dining room and made sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend getting a sweet potato.I read through quite a few reviews that seem weird/irrelevant. Flagging what I can.

Steak was cooked perfectly. They did seem a little busy, but the food came out in a timely manor.

Our waiter and the manager were wonderful but they need to hire a new cook. The steaks were terribly burnt and we sent them back and they were still way overdone. The manager ended up taking it off our bill, It was so bad.

My wife and I were traveling home from vacation and stopped here for dinner. The service was subpar at best. We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleaned and given rolls without any plates or silverware. When we did get silverware both sets were dirty and had to ask for another set and ask again for plates for the rolls. The Ceaser salad dressing was watered down and very bland. I asked for extra cinnamon sugar and was told they would bring some but arrived very late and my potato was getting cold by the time it got there. I spoke with the manager and he wasn't very receptive to our issues, but did remove $10 from our bill. This experience made me never want to return to Texas Roadhouse again.
