Chick-fil-a - Triadelphia

I frequent this Chickfila a LOT. The food is always good but they are very slow here. I never go inside because you're always waiting forever. Even days in drive thru you're waiting 20 mins. Other than that I've always liked it. Although the last time I went I was very unhappy with the service. I went after work and was already hangry. Usually i just order on the app and pickup via Drive thru. But all I wanted was a fry so I figured if I walked in it wouldn't take that long to get it. Boy was I wrong. When I got in there there was only one lady in front of me ordering. The cashier took her order and then walked away from the register. I walked up and stood in front of the register waiting to order. There were 2-3 people working the drive thru and another 4-6 behind the counter. I am just standing there in front of the register and one worker walks past me another goes outside and 2-3 are just talking amongst themselves behind the counter. I stand there for 5 minutes in front of the register feeling invisible. No one bothered to come take my order, no one greeted me, and no one told me they would be with me in a moment. Growing increasingly angrier I walked out and went and ate Mcdonalds for lunch. I like the food here but the service and speed need work.

I have never been to a bad Chick-fil-A until I went to this one. It was slow and dirty. There was grease on the out side for both mysandwich rapper and my wife's chicken nugget box. My sandwich was a mess.The people there were nice but the service sucked.

Chick fil A is always a pleasure. The folks who work there are always friendly and cheerful!! Food is always fantastic!!!

Very crowded but Drive-thru was efficient. Food was correct and good.
