I enjoyed the quality of raw materials and the originality of the dishes. He breathes care of the details throughout and the passion is hard. Recommended for those who want something different than the usual cino-sushi, but wants to dive into a sea of flavors that combine different culinary traditions.

Very good quality. Japanese cuisine revisited with a delicate Italian touch. Perhaps the price of some courses is an excessive wire but I would say it is a restaurant to recommend.

Great fish. We also enjoyed the chef's uramaki. For sashimi lovers, the special sushi sashimi with red and oyster shrimp is a must. Ostrica with excellent ponzu sauce and sashimi cut properly. Good sweets, but nothing impressed is good like this, the protagonist is the fish). Average prices for sushi à la carte restaurants. I was pleasantly impressed by the green tea, since it served at the right temperature; often in other restaurants it arrives bitter too much time and at temperatures too high). Unique defect: soups of miso come a little too warm, almost cold.

The best Japanese among the many tastes here! Quality and freshness. Interesting Mediterranean contaminations that intertwine with Japanese tradition. New premises, edited in every detail. The competent holder, kind embodies the sacred concept of hospitality.

Good ideas, bold but effective combinations. Local managed totally by Italians (cuochi, waiters... , and this is seen from the imagination of the combinations. Quality ingredients and a list of satisfactory wines. One flaw... the slow mooolto service, with dishes arrived in bulk and with biblical times between the one and the other (while while a commensale had finished everything, the other had yet to receive the first dish . Prices much higher than the average of Japanese restaurants not AllYouCanEat, unjustified. I don't think I'll be back.
