Le 5 - Tréguier

At the end of a week of eating, sometimes in michelin stars restaurants, this little gem was the superstar. we chose the 40e menu that consisted of a circle of a delicious garnish and smoked salmon-catcher. I followed this with a generic part of ris de veau just superb in every sight. the dessert was a mixture of coffee and chocolate items that I will remember for a long time. the service was charming and efficient (English is spoken) and the wine list was good and cheap. a very pleasant experience that I hope to be repeated one day.

With a relatiw small menu top dishes are served! very tasteful, well presented as art on a court that we enjoyed visiting! the personal could take care of the guests, no hurry or run thanks to the reservation policy and selected dishes.

Situated in the shade of the magnificent cathedral of tréguier, le 5 is a jewel, a real sound, in a small, uninteresting restaurant scene that contrasts with the richness of its architectural, historical, cultural and environment and stunning maritime landscapes. I'm five, not. as wounds, but as a light fire of toughness and serious cooking. obviously the fish of the day is highly recommended, but do not miss the scrumbling Australian wagyu filet mignon, served with no less paleable vegetables. for 35 euro, this three curs meal includes an excellent foie gras as an appetizer, exquisite appetizers and a selection of three great desserts. limited weinlist, but each label reflects an intelligent choice. quality drips definitiw quantity. best address for miles round. they would have to drive to Perros-Guiec or lannion to find another eating of such standing. the same kudos for servier staff. in these attempts for the restaurant industry must be places like these strongly supported.

Small centrally located restaurant run by a delightful family, ie husband in the kitchen with delightful wife and daughter running the front of house. Excellent cuisine, each dish individually prepared and beautifully presented, always delicious!

Had an amazing three course meal here. The menu and wine list were limited but everything that we ordered was superb. The chef is obviously very talented the presentation was beautiful and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. A three course meal cost...€30 per head, which we felt was exceptionally good value. We would definitely eat here again.
