Pretty decent bbq spot. Side Caesar salad was huge. Risotto was long grain rice with great flavor combinations. Well composed and plated but not risotto. Bbq’d food looked and tasted great. Sauce choices of tangy or sweet.

Delicious barbecue food! Pulled pork and ribs were so mouthwatering and just cooked perfectly. Very tasty sides as well. Quite a good selection of beers. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. The only complaint is that it was very cold on the inside. Would come back for the food for sure!

This was a surprise find. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and we drove by and decided to run in and see how this place was. It was amazing and will be on our list of regulars and Traverse City from now on

We used Smoke and Porter Public House to cater a dinner theatre production and the food, presentation, and service was out of this world amazing! The entire audience loved the dinner and we received so many compliments. The bread and smoked butter was amazing and the chopped salad was fresh and delicious. The food was so good that my family and I went to Traverse City to eat their food again, the walleye special was incredible and the mushroom risotto was a hit. Paul was our server and he was helpful, intuitive and super quick. Great spot for dinner! We will be back for sure for some pulled pork and truffle fries! Definitely stop here if you are in the area.

As soon as we walked in and the smell of the food hit us, we knew this was going to be good. And we were not disappointed. The food was excellent! The pulled pork was so tasty without even using the sauces which were also good. Dessert was also fantastic. Chocolate coffee cake had a wonderful chocolate taste. The drink selection was very comprehensive. Service was great. We will definitely come back when we are in Traverse City.
