Little Caesars Pizza - Traverse City

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that they didn't have any of the items I ordered. There were people inside also waiting for their orders, and it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed. I understand that mistakes happen, but come on—who are they hiring? I really hope they improve their service in the future.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and just now I requested a freshly made classic pizza and breadsticks. I didn't want the one old pizza that was sitting on the shelf. When I politely said I'd be willing to wait, the staff member refused and was quite rude. I will never return to this place and cannot recommend it.

Quick, friendly and efficient. We ordered hot and finished pizzas and bread sticks. Everything was perfect.

We ordered a thin crust pizza and wings for pickup. Our order was ready on time. The food tasted excellent. Specifically regarding the pizza: the thin crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was great (same as always), and there was a fair amount of toppings. The wings were very good. We love the pizza Portal pickup. Staff were courteous and quick but not necessarily warm and fuzzy, which was fine. The store was very clean and there is plenty of parking.
