Terrace Cafe Traralgon

This restaurant used to be good, but there are better options in Traralgon. The steak was tough, and there was too much food on the plate. Good quality should not equate to large portions. I would not recommend this place.

Convenient restaurant so thought we would give it a go and it was very nice. I ordered the butter chicken which was full of flavour and the naan bread was the best I’ve ever had. The other meal ordered was a chicken parmigiana which was HUGE! In hindsight we could have ordered that with an extra salad and it would have fed us both! They were happy to give us a container to take it with us. I also thought I’d try a cocktail and ordered the raspberry daiquiri. It was yummy but to be honest it tasted just like raspberry soft drink. Prices were quite high however not too much more than other restaurants. The staff were courteous and friendly. It was clean and comfortable. The following day I ordered room service for breakfast and enjoyed a very tasty Benny eggs. So convenient to have it bought to my room at no extra charge. Reasonable breakfast prices and plenty to choose from. I would eat here again.

Excellent food served by very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Highly satisfied . Excellent.

The service was exceptional once again and our meals arrived promptly. Although the restaurant currently offers a limited dinner menu, the quality of the dishes is top-notch.

I was seated near a window by a pleasant young man. The menu was promptly supplied and a drink request served in short time. Quite a nice start. I made a menu selection that as it turned out was unavailable. I chose another meal and the waitress this time apologised. The meal was quite pleasant and well upto standard. The service from the young man was great and I would have no hestitation about returning. Looking at some of the negative comment I am surprised as my experience was very much a positive.
