The Surgery - Trafford

Great cocktails, eating was nice and the music was even better. about the time urmston had a bar like this, music could have been a little louder in the bar area, as the songs were old school classics!

Unfortunately, only half of the menu was available, as we decided for the lunchtime and everything we wanted, apparently took a long time to prepare and was only available in the evening the food we did was nice, but the whole experience made it fall, what a shame is.

Really nicely decorated and decorated restaurant, with good ambiente, you can unfortunately get through the service. warm flat prosecco and a long list of delicious burger toppings served only for them arriving on the side. no apologies or offer of alternative drinks, while chilled drinks arrived (not). this place has the right idea, it only needs a fine tuning to be a regular choice for us.

We all had burgers both bark and chicken and they were all excellent, staff really helpful and friendly, we will return to this place.

Pretty slow service and we struggled to work out what to buy from the menu. It seemed the only starters were sharing options. But we did have an enjoyable evening all the same!
