Eeek! seeing so many negative reviews makes me feel like I've lucked out the times I've visited. I legit thought their ordering mic system was broken and that's why they had a gal out there taking orders. lol. That just seems unnecessary in this summer heat when there's no line of cars anyways. The little ordering flip card thing hanging off the ipad could be better. I get they're trying to be like In.n.Out, but the problem is, In.n.Out's menu is basic, so they can fit their menu on the flippy card thing and it works for them. Taco Bell has too many items lol so it was pretty limited and I don't go here that much so I'm not too well versed in their food options. Nonetheless, the staff I encountered was friendly. My order was correct. I arrived home happy. Please don't make your workers stand out there in the heat when it's not even necessary. I legit saw this poor gal wipe her forehead and sigh once she finished taking the order of t he car ahead of me. I told her to stay cool out there!

I found some kind of plastic cap in my chicken chalupa. The food I have bought was also very cold and sloppy as well. Very disappointing.

I hate the try to be like in n out, with a person taking orders in drive thru, your not that busy you end up creating a bigger slower line. You should worry more about order accuracy, and food quality then your drive thru times. I Ordered beef chalupa, i got chicken, which is gross. Then i open my taco and the whole bottom of the shell falls off.

Worst customer service of all time. I go to try to redeem a coupon I received and they proceed to telle I need to redeem through the app even though the coupon says present when redeeming in restaurant. So I download the app there is no where to enter promo code. I ask them how I can redeem it then since it expires the next day and they tell me, that 's not true, were taught to make food not use the app and walks away. Even though I literally read him the coupon.

I went there a few min ago on my lunch. I ordered a salad bowl with 2 extra fries. They forgot my fries, I went back inside where I told the kid a Hispanic guy that he forgot my fries and he tried to say it was in my salad. I told him I bet it isn't because I did not see it in there. He proceeded to argue with me and say it is in there. Eff you dude first of all because I am not gonna waste my lunch and time with you arguing even though you are wrong!!!! So I left. Here I am eating my lunch and yep he forgot my fries. Never recommend this location. Rude, they forget your order or get it wrong and proceed to argue with you because they believe they are right and turns out you are right alll along!!!!
