Today was my birthday and the man did not say happy birthday any the alfredo pasta is bomb:

This location has two stars!? I wonder why..... today I placed an online order using my Hut Rewards scheduled it to pick up within 30 min from the time I placed the order online... when I arrived on the schedule pick up time ... they tell me my order was cancelled because supposedly they ran out of the pan pizza dough?!?! On a Friday before 12pm .... SMH I have a feeling this location has something to do with a customer using their Hut Rewards.... Second time I come here to use my points something is always wrong. The first time they said the computer wasn't working to place the order with the points mind blowing) Let me make this clear... points are accumulated from how many orders a customer makes... it's not stealing or asking for giveaways! The guy said they tried calling me..... I had my phone with me the whole time... I got ONE missed call, no voicemail... no email... I wouldn't doubt it if they let it ring once.... Once again, I wasted my time the inconvenience! Tracy Pizza Hut.... Either needs a whole new management or simply close it!
