Jack In The Box - Tracy

After a long bus ride and a football game, we waited an hour for our food, only to receive half of our order. We ordered four Jr. Jumbo Jacks without cheese, and it seemed like someone just removed the cheese instead of preparing them correctly. The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl had barely any chicken, and everything felt stale. The three egg rolls we got were burnt and unappetizing—I wouldn't let my kids eat them. Given the amount we spent, the least they could have done was ensure that everything we ordered was in the bags and actually edible. We also received the wrong drinks and none of the sauces we requested, which was very disappointing.

My experience at Snoop's Munchie Meal was disappointing compared to the Manteca location. The Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich didn't include the ranch dip I requested. Additionally, the Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo came with a plastic-wrapped package inside, complete with an expiration date. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Jack in the Box. I spent $100 on this order, and every meal was poorly prepared.

The food was served cold, and the milkshake wasn't blended properly. It was obvious that the staff didn't take much care in preparing the meals. The quality was disappointing. However, the delivery was prompt, so the Dasher did their job well. It seems that the restaurant isn't focused on making fresh food at all.

Everything was cold and dry like it had been sitting out all day and salty . The sauces I checked off didn't arrive . So sad

I hadn't dined at a Jack in the Box in quite a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much better the burger tasted compared to before. The fries were enjoyable as well. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service.
