Barista's - Tracy

Sad to give this review; Gave 2 stars because the girls are so sweet. It seems as of late the quality of drinks is very inconsistent poor quality. I really want to support local businesses however, paying $6 for cream coffee instead of coffee with cream when I am paying for xtra shots is just not in my budget. When I asked if the additional shots I had paid for were added( they had forgotten them before) the barista stated they were all in there, shrugged his shoulder's and offered zero solutions and walked away. Today was the first time after several of the same issues I was frustrated disappointed enough to ask for a refund.

The staff is so loud you can barely hear, talk, work, or just enjoy your coffee in silence. They girls are obnoxiously loud

Ordered a cappuccino, a vanilla latte, and straight up.. latte overfilled keeps dripping with the lid on.. latte water down flavor cappuccino is too milky. Don't know what the hype is.. but maybe it was better long ago.. ohh tables I switched twice what's more annoying than having coffee is a titter-tattering table had to put a coffee sleeve to manage it.. ruined it. Ambience-1 star why all the chairs lined up on the wall. Lol!! Too many people behind the counter and 3 orders after us got their orders first. First and last.

Friendly and efficient staff. Nice variety of sandwiches and bagels, abundance of beverages to choose from.

I was out of town a few days ago and tried a hot white mocha with lavender. Baristas made it for me the exact same way with heavy cream and it is so rich and creamy.
