Nomads Magnetic Island (base)

The restaurant features a lovely private room with a stunning sea view. It is conveniently located next to a bus stop. Overall, I would rate the room a 5, the service a 4, and the location a 5. Highlights of this place include the fantastic view and excellent value for money.

The food was the worst I’ve ever encountered at any hostel. It was unclean, and I had to eat my pasta with my hands because they couldn’t find any utensils! There were only two white plates available for everyone to use. Given the overall quality of the experience, I think the price is far too high.

To make matters worse, my girlfriend had a troubling incident where someone took photos and videos of her while she was in the shower. When I reported this to the manager, he dismissed it, saying there was nothing he could do. The establishment advertised that it had Wi-Fi, but when I inquired, the staff claimed it "wasn't working." On top of that, we were freezing every night because the air conditioning was on a low setting and there was no remote control to adjust it. Additionally, the handle on our room door broke, and while I notified the front desk, the maintenance staff didn’t come to fix it until the next day, after our stay had already ended. Overall, this place was absolutely disgusting, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hearty hostel in Australia, which is out of bed and the bar is crazy, but kitchen and showers require a renovation.

The only good thing about this hostel is the location. It is really close to the beach and you can get the bus to go everywhere around the island just in front. The kitchen is completely old and really dirty, there’s no cutlery, no pans, no soap. The bathrooms were disgusting, I spent 4 days there and they were not cleaned even once. Showers were full of hair among other things. Wi-Fi never works no matter where you are. So noisy and full of drunk and stoned people. I would recommend you to go somewhere else.
