Juliette's - Townsville

As a first-time customer, I experienced a bit of confusion with the ordering process, but I was absolutely blown away by the incredible selection of ice creams and sorbets, along with the creative combinations available. Honestly, it was the most delicious ice cream I've ever had in my 60 years! The staff were also lovely and friendly. I apologize for my demeanor yesterday; I hope I didn't seem rude or grumpy. I was just a bit confused about how to order.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to your staff today. My 3-year-old son was stung by a wasp while enjoying an ice cream at Juliette’s. Your team responded promptly, providing ice and insect itch cream. They returned to check on him several times and even offered him some complimentary chocolate. Thank you for your assistance and for going the extra mile to lift my little boy’s spirits.

This restaurant offers the finest selection of cakes in Townsville, accompanied by a stunning view of the ocean. However, I find the coffee a bit too strong for my liking, so I always opt for half strength.

Juliet's has been by far the best place to grab a great coffee in the mornings and with their great staff comes great service. very well recommended.

Love this place. Great gelato, cakes slices cookies (all made the store) and decent coffee too.
