Zizzi's Italian Bar & Grill

We had a family get together where 13 of us are and not one of us didn't enjoy our meal. The waitress was brilliant, very funny and gave us excellent customer service. Did I mention the food was amazing???!!!! I had the most perfectly cooked salmon and special vegies were prepared as I have allergies. The tiramisu was as good as you would get from Lygon St in Melbourne...maybe even better. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I started with the pork belly, which was a decent size and quite tasty. My husband ordered the alla funghi with spaghetti and I had the chicken and bacon risotto. Both dishes were piping hot and cooked perfectly, with no complaints from either of us.

Delicious Italian fare we ordered to take away one Sunday evening. Arrived about 8:30pm and although 9pm was the stated closing time, a steady flow of people kept coming to eat in and takeaway.We ordered arancini, risotto, garlic bread, vegetarian gnocchi and a side salad. Good sized helpings that were yummo!

As always wasn't disappointed food was yummy and prompt. Prices have gone up for the quantity which is a little disappointing but overall food was good which is what we wanted

Had to visit Zizzi's again. Discovered it last year albeit with a smaller group. 13 of us enjoyed the food, wine & surrounds. Service a wee bit tardy this time- I'm sure a lot more drinks would have been had if they were offered . .. maybe that was a good thing?! Food all came out pretty much together which is always pleasant. Definitely worth a visit but maybe in a smaller group. Would we go again? Absolutely!
