Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro

This restaurant is an absolute treasure. It is stunning both inside and out. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely be returning!

This isn't our first visit to Dancing Bear Bistro, and it definitely won't be our last. As always, the dinner was fantastic. Our waiter was exceptional, and our evening out was absolutely perfect. Thank you for all that you do!

The service needs improvement. Our server brought us the wrong order and still charged us for it. The manager came by and asked if we would like some wine, but it was also added to the bill, even though we were celebrating our anniversary. No special offerings were made for the occasion.

Nothing short of amazing. We were seated outside. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation and waited for when our table was ready at precisely our confirmed time. Our server, Maggie, took great care of us and made some excellent, thoughtful recommendations. We began with the dip trio, the hummus is exceptional. The highlight of our dinner was the crispy pork belly which deliciously combines taste and texture. We ordered the pork chop and trout and grits and were very pleased with the flavor profiles. Dessert and French press coffee followed with the bread pudding beating out the cobbler. No complaints period.

Every time we go we have such a great time. The food is the best and the staff is top notch. Even when there is an event going on they are so attentive and it doesn't impact your experience. Thanks again for a great evening. We will be back soon.
