Mcdonald's - Town of Hancock

After a long trip from Florida, we stopped here for a meal, and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff was extremely friendly, and everything was very clean and well-organized. Thank you so much!

I'll say this: the customers who visit this McDonald’s have given it a rating of 4 out of 5. Without their positive influence, I could only give it a 3. The restaurant is small and not particularly clean inside; I noticed several tables that were neglected and the floor was dirty. They may have been understaffed on that day. However, the friendly local crowd definitely stood out. Kudos to them! Everyone was welcoming, saying hello, holding doors, and engaging in conversation. It was lovely to see such good people around.

I enjoy this McDonald's. It's a convenient spot in an area where options are limited. They typically get my order right, and the food is generally fresh and tasty. The lobby is inviting, and the restrooms are clean.

Food was fresh and nice and service was awesome! The cashier was corteous and was patient despite our obvious difficulties with English and the big order we placed. One of the staff members went to our table repeatedly and checked if everything was alright and offered us condiments and sauces. They also gave us a medium cup even though I ordered a small out of courtesy. Thank you Jenielle! (Sorry if I spelled that wrong)

Very clean and conveniently located. Perfect for taking a break on long drives. Play place is an advantage as well.
